Once orders have shipped, please allow 1-5 days for USPS Shipping. FedEx Ground, typically allow 3-7 days, depending on location. Issues with my order
The tracking information isn’t correct or is not showing a location?
Please verify the tracking information that was emailed to you, and remember that tracking will not show a location until the package is scanned at a shipping location. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to verify the tracking number.
My shipment is delayed?
Unfortunately, we cannot control delays by USPS or FedEx. Shipments can be delayed for multiple reasons including weather, and transportation disruptions such as: train derailments or general accidents, which are out of our control. If such an incident occurs, please contact the corresponding shipping service.
My order is incorrect?
Please verify the items you have ordered before emailing us. If it is incorrect, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We pride ourselves in outstanding customer service, and if there is an issue, we will resolve it as soon as possible.
I don’t like my flavor?
NO WARRANTY OR RETURNS ON E-LIQUIDS!!!
All E-Liquid orders are filled during the order fulfillment process. Therefore, once your E-Liquid order has been filled, the purchase is complete and cannot be returned or refunded, even if it has not been shipped from our facility or received by the customer. Also, due to the consumable nature of these products, and the inability to reuse or resell once they have left our facility, returns or refunds are not allowed for any type of E-Liquid ordered. Ferrum City Liquid is not responsible for orders that are placed incorrectly. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of products on orders that were filled, and shipped correctly. If you have questions or are unsure for any reason regarding a product or its function or compatibility, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. We are more than willing to provide further product description, clear up any confusion, or provide advice about the products we manufacture, and distribute.
